Horrible, simply horrible care. Family patient for over 20 years, and suddenly refused to prescribe needed medication for significant effects from minears. Called multiple times only to be told Dr Moody won’t accommodate. After several hours of run around determined this practice doesn’t care. Simply that simple. Don’t waste your time seek better professional support.
Flew in from Fort Myers for my appointment on Monday. Called in the morning from my hotel and after being on hold for 30 minutes was told my appointment was canceled. In disbelief was told the office notes said they tried to call but they verified they didnt leave a message. I have been a patient for over 10 years and was told I need to start over with a general ENT. I am out over $1500.00.Extremely disappointed know my flight back tomorrow results in a total waste of time and money.
Literally the best! She pretty much helped save my life. A year ago today I had finally had my appointment to see the surgeon to remove the tumor in which the ENT thought was a cholesteatoma until… I went to Sentara Princess Anne and met Dr. Moody who is a SME for ENT.
