I don't recommend using her as a provider if your child is autistic. We have had a terrible experience, That left me in tears leaving her office. We will not be returning.
Dr charron has always been respectful and caring, and has made it a very welcoming place to come. Her nursing staff has always been very knowledgeable and friendly and makes you feel comfortable asking any and all questions. I did however have a negative experience with the receptionist and was very disappointed in how things were handled, my son missed school and we were 10 min early for his yearly apt but their systems weren't working properly and they told me he was never checked in and they could only see my daughter. My son loves Dr. Charron and her team!
My son has been seeing Dr Charron since birth (4 years), since day one Dr Charron and her team have been great. They've worked hard to keep me informed, answered all my silly first time mom questions and concerns, have worked diligently on answering any questions, concerns, completing daycare/school forms and are always happy to see my son during appointments. We have had Dr. Charro for year's, she is very attentive weight, or lack of on son. On the one parent per visit I was told when scheduling that this is protocol from now on.
