Dr SL is always professional and willing to speak to any concerns. The one less star is due to the pressure I feel she’s always under due to Kaiser policies. Her need to be as clued into the paperwork as she was into the patient and the need to stay within set time constraints prevents 5 star care to take place. So she gets 5 stars. Kaiser loses her one.
Dr. Letourneau has been my primary care physician for over 4 years. I chose her because she was the doctor on-call when I had an emergency situation and went into Kaiser Capitol Hill to be seen. She had a calm demeanor and treated me like I was the only thing that mattered in that moment. She did not rush me at all. I have never been more impressed with a healthcare professional.
