I cannot begin to say how overwhelmingly pleased I was with Stephanie as my sales agent. She listened to my needs and thoughts and always gave honest feedback. Had OUTSTANDING communication. Amazing experience, Stephanie always made herself available for any questions I had through out my experience. If she didn’t know something she would find the answer immediately, always check to make sure everything was ok on my end and was always honest… 10/10
Stephanie went beyond our expectations. We looked at lots of properties, had some disappointing results; but she didn't give up. Her positive attitude and great personality keep us in the game. We just closed today and couldn't be happier. Her negotiating skills during the process were amazing with results better than we expected. She was our buyers agent when we bought the property also, she was great then too. That's why we used her services to sell. She's the best.

Above and beyond! Stephanie educated us regularly on the current activity in the Norfolk area as well as specific to our community. She never made us feel that our asking price was too high but rather understood that we wanted to get the value of our home when we sold.
