I saw Dr Jones for several visits back in 2023. I never felt that she was “hearing” me, nor did she seem to understood my pain. She was very condescending, lacked any empathy and didn’t seem to care whether she helped me or not. My husband was with me and tried to explain how bad my pain really was. He didn’t feel she was listening to me either. Dr Jones ordered MRI and after I completed the MRI Cigna wouldn’t pay for it. Dr Jones needed to appeal the insurance decision and failed to do so after I requested support 5 times. I ended up paying $1800 out of pocket due to her failure to support. I had taken care of all the prerequisites required by the insurance company and just needed her medical response and never could get it. Don’t depend on support
