Dr Jones ordered MRI and after I completed the MRI Cigna wouldn’t pay for it. Dr Jones needed to appeal the insurance decision and failed to do so after I requested support 5 times. I ended up paying $1800 out of pocket due to her failure to support. I had taken care of all the prerequisites required by the insurance company and just needed her medical response and never could get it. Don’t depend on support
I’ve been trying to get a follow up appointment scheduled for a while now. I talked to the receptionist today and said it’s been pending Dr. Jones and she has yet to get back to the nurses. It’s been a pretty awful experience with her office!
Dr Jones is very kind, patient, professional, and detail oriented. During my first appointment, she immediately ordered an x-ray and MRI. And during my second appointment, she explained the nature of my pain and each step of the treatment she would prescribe. That gave me so much confidence. Her nurse, PA, and office staff were extremely courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Femi Abegunde.
