Cliff-Notes: If you are the kind of patient who cares more about the soft touch, bedside manner, and lots of hand-holding, Dr. Muh may not be the right surgeon to make you comfortable enough to operate on you-but she’s a very good surgeon. Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She was dismissive, rude, and obnoxious. Told me there was nothing wrong with me (uh, not true as I now know from other doctors). Told me I just need PT and "if it will make you happy, you can have a shot in your shoulder." (The shot didn't do anything other than leave a big bruise in my shoulder.) Did not examine me for all the things that the notes say they did, has completely false and inaccurate information in the visit notes.
Dr. Muh is an amazing talented, skilled, humble and, honest surgeon. Dr. Muh has given me a second chance at a physically active lifestyle when the outlook was bleek.
Not recommended, after a total shoulder replacement I immediately knew 2 months later my dominant arm was ruined. An she said there is nothing she could do about it an live with it. She has no accountability to anyone in Henry Ford
Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with this physician. She was lacking empathy for my experience, uninterested in listening to my issues or questions, and aggressive when questioned. The first time I saw her, her intern examined me and gave his opinion and she came in and looked at me for 15 seconds and disputed what he said, offered minimal explanation, and rushed me out of the office.
