Stephanie is incredible. I was introduced to her while I was going through some pretty difficult stuff and life changes and she has been a true blessing. Not only was she able to sell my house for more than I thought, but she was able to get me into the perfect place for my son and I. She made the process simple and easy went above and beyond. As a former Realtor, i believe it is important to choose someone you trust. I worked with Stephanie before on a transaction and she was extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. Long after quitting the field, we put the house on the market and asked Stephanie to help us. She was very helpful throughout the process and worked very hard to get it sold quickly. My past experience with Realtors has never been a positive one until now. Always trying to low-ball the value of my house, so they can get it sold and make their commission or just not motivated to make anything happen; as if the MLS will do it all for them.
