Too many poorly trained front office workers. Lack communication with dentist. Dentist has no clear idea why customers are visiting. Incorrectly scheduled appointment knowing fair well specialist will not be in. What your billing, they will bill you for their mistakes.

I absolutely love the staff. They are so sweet and welcoming. Dr. Ligon is AMAZING. He is so comforting and if you are afraid of the dentist he puts you at ease. They also are willing to work with you on the financial end of things since dental work can be very expensive. This place is all around awesome and I’d highly recommend them to anyone ❤️
