The office often has nice people working in it. I've liked several of them. But they don't stay. They can't, because Dr. Collins only hires part-time people. I used to think it was wonderful that she was training people, but now I think the turnover and the part-time employment part is causing too many things to fall through the cracks, and Dr. Collins is taking on so many patients that the quality of care has diminished dramatically.
