Do not go here. Did wrong kind of cap on a tooth, filling fell out, she herself spent less than 5 minutes "cleaning " my teeth..never polished or flossed, only did front teeth. Office is chaotic, you, the patient, are not her focus...constantly "coaching " staff..had 3 patients going at one time. She was very good 5 years ago, was pleased. Recently very poor environment, shoddy work. I'm very disappointed.
The office often has nice people working in it. I've liked several of them. But they don't stay. They can't, because Dr. Collins only hires part-time people. I used to think it was wonderful that she was training people, but now I think the turnover and the part-time employment part is causing too many things to fall through the cracks, and Dr. Collins is taking on so many patients that the quality of care has diminished dramatically. Avoid at all cost! The "good" doctor serves schedules three patients at the same time and serves them simotenously. She won't perform a simple procedure like fixing a filling in one visit, spreading it to two visits instead. She takes unnecessary x-rays and does not inform patient about additional charges, not covered by the insurance. Instead, she sends the patients a bill a week or two weeks later and when the patient complains, she stops taking his/her calls.
Just one comment to sum up this entire practice - INSURANCE FRAUD!

She actually drilled on the wrong tooth and never offered the option of building the tooth up rather than shortening the tooth. So now I have a shorter front tooth which never had a problem until I saw her. Hence one star. It's all about the money in her office
The best Dentist and friendly staff. Had a bad toothache and they got me right in and took care of me. I recommend them to everyone. Great experience!! Thank you all.
I recently had an amazing tooth cleaning with April and overall awesome trip to see Dr. Stephanie. People who love me know that I have major anxiety with dental visits. Thank you to all the staff for making me comfortable! ???
