Dr.Cobb was assigned my case when I had to go to the hospital with a really bad staph infection, she was very nice and friendly at the hospital but after I got home it was impossible to get a hold of these people. I would constantly miss their calls. When they were trying to call there was no way to reach staff if you were trying to call them right back and when I finally did talk to somebody today she was extremely rude. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. It is incredulous to me this person is allowed to practice. She is beyond careless. She is sloppy looking and sloppy in practice. If she has not yet been investigated by Texas' medical board i can almost guarentee, she will be soon. Because of this provider, treatment was delayed and withheld for my loved one with catastrophic consequences and thats if her body is strong enough to fight off her infections. Stephanie is a disgrace to medicine.
Dr. Cobb was arrogant and sloppy when she saw me at Saint David's hospital. Because of her negligence, I was released from Saint David's without an adequate care plan. I got worse post discharge. She ignored my husband's concerns (he's a neurologist), and I had to obtain care from Baylor Scott & White.
This was an incredibly disappointing clinic & staff. Initially my experience was positive with a kind Doctor and a friendly nurse who served me providing my required infusions to treat my unfortunate HIV diagnosis. Overtime, my older nurse left the clinic who provided the speciality injection. I missed two consecutive appointments for the infusion specifically earlier this year.
