I've been messaging Dr. Clauss on the UMiami platform for almost 1 week now for a prescription refill. I've gotten no response. I've called the UMiami Health System offices twice now and they told me "Oh, our records indicate that you should have enough of your prescription at this time." Whether it's the doctor's fault or the pharmacy's that I do not have enough of my prescription, Dr. Clauss and the incompetent staff at UMiami have done NOTHING to remedy this or help me with a prescription that I NEED in order to function ... read more
Stephanie is an intelligent, caring and compassionate medical professional.
Dr Clauss is great, but the office staff is very rude, Diego the assistant never calls back and does not speak to the patients directly.. it’s taken almost a month for a prior Authorization to be sent to my insurance company for a medication. Update- there’s no communication between doctor and office staff.. very disappointed. I was asked to provide a phone number for my insurance to do a peer to peer for a medication.. something the office staff should set up for the doctor!
