Speaking for a family member because they don’t want any petty retaliation. Front desk is rude and uncaring. This office will make you wait over a half hour with nobody else ahead of you in an empty waiting area. Make you reschedule months out if you’re a minute late. Brison and her assistant are curt and abrupt barely letting you ask questions making you feel rushed like you’re bothering them. I waited almost six months to finally see this provider, only to be refused care because I was seven minutes late due to traffic. The waiting room was empty. Instead of showing any compassion or professionalism, I was told to reschedule — not for next week or next month, but four months later (February 13). Stephenie seems very professional and knowledgeable for RN she was great , the desk staff kinda unfriendly slightly rude could of been bad day ?? Told me they didn't take my insurance to later find out they do, but the hospital in Havasu doesn't messed up my appt called me back atleast but this caused issue with my work cause already requested the day off just to be told that was wrong day. So .

I would give the office zero stars if I could. Super rude. Office location they send out is wrong. And if you are even 1 minute late. They will reschedule you. Even if you have to drive an hour and half away. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE

So got text to confirm appointment responded to confirm then they called again to confirm directly never stated at new tep address on phone so drove to website address posted on door was 9 mint late they refused to see me because late had no idea at different address wanted me to reschedule like I have all the time in world to take off work at last minute so unprofessional and liars at front desk.
