We were referred to Dr. Baldwin with my twins for dental procedures after a traumatic experience at another dental office. It was during Covid so we waited in our vehicles and the staff had my kids come in one by one to perform their procedures. This was the easiest thing ever and they did so well. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if i didn't have to. Initial visit October 26, daughter has a cavity. Stephanie was NOT at all gentle with my scared 3 year old. she forced her mouth open and screamed at her not to kick her feet. They did not give my daughter time to get comfortable in the exam room. I was not happy with this firstly I was told the only option we have is to extract the tooth. They scheduled an appointment for November 13 at 7:45. I was told not to be late and be sure to
