Dr. Stephanie Baker is a wonderful doctor. Too bad the clinic she works in never answers the phone. It took me two months of trying before I was able to make an appointment. Was on hold for at least one hour several times. Ended up having to call a different clinic to schedule an appointment for the clinic Dr. Baker works in. If Dr. Baker wasn’t such a wonderful doctor I would not continue going because the clinic has such poor customer service
I needed a PCP. I selected Dr. Stephanie Baker. She was professional and thorough. She listened carefully to my concerns. Jill, the medical assistant was also great. I'm confident I made the right choice for a PCP.
