I was disappointed with the full-body exam, as it was not thorough. The dermatologist only checked the back of my body and my head, and I had to specifically ask her to examine the front. Ater I came home, I realized that she did not examine my arms and my neck or maybe some other areas of my body. This left me feeling uncertain about the quality of the screening and whether she truly checked for any potentially cancerous spots. I expected a more comprehensive and proactive approach since I have not had an full body exam for... read more

I was 5 minutes late to my appointment and got a talking down from the doctor's assistant. I understand about timeliness, but I cannot tell you how many times I have waited (patiently) when the doctor was running late, very late. The appointment was incredibly rushed ~ I felt like an imposition. Talk about indifferent and uncaring.

No visit. I have been a patient for over 20 years and Dr. B is top notch. Having said that I called for an appointment since I had a growth and wanted Dr. B to take a look. I got an appointment by Summit 2 months out. I called twice and asked to speak to someone in her office and left my numberto get earlier visit. Never got a call back. Called Summit customer service and I did get a call back and lady said she would have someone get back. No one ever did. Frankly if I ran my office like Summit Id be bankrupt. I have regrett... read more

I tried to get an appointment with “my” dermatologist as I had a rash which my internist could not solve. Told me to go o my dermatologist and get a culture . I could not get an appointment until November. Now it’s September and my dermatologist won’t see me. I also had a a rash on my face she prescribed medicine. It wasn’t working and could not get an appointment in person till November to follow up as well. I was offered a virtual appointment but how do you get a culture virtually I’m done and moving on.

Dr Badalamenti saved my life, basically. Within 30 seconds she saw that a birthmark I had was cancerous. Thank you Doctor.

Service declined markedly when she joined Summit Medical Group, compared to when she had her own practice. Now tends to go through the motions and and then blames SMG for providing her poor support. Puts CYA ahead of patient care.

She was very patronizing and unable to diagnose what I came in for. She gave me over the counter medicine and told me to go back to my primary doctor. I was so upset as I needed to find out how to treat my condition. After my primary doctor didn't know the source of my problem, I went on the internet and was able to find some relief. I would never recommend her to anyone!!!

Dr. Badalamenti is a wonderful physician with a great manner. She makes me feel comfortable and confident that I'm in good hands. However, ever since she joined Summit Medical, the personal touches and the atmosphere has changed...enough to make me switch after going to her for decades. Reaching Dr. Badalamenti is impossible; her staff will not let her call or answer through the portal. I was on vacation and found something worrisome, I called, and they wouldn't let her speak on the phone.

Dr. Badalamenti came highly recommended to me. Upon first meeting, she insisted I call her Stephanie. I appreciate that she did this and immediately put us on the same level. At first I found her to be quite standoffish and short. But over the past year, she has become my favorite doctor. She knows her sh** and although it might not come off this way, she will make sure she does everything she can to make you comfortable and get you all the information you need. I recommend her to everyone!
