I made an appointment in March for August. Almost a month out from the appointment it was cancelled. No explanation, just a text. I called back to inquire why and they essentially said "the schedule was closed and since I was a new patient, I had to wait another 3 months for another appointment. Their hands were tied". Called to make appointment. Hours for Monday are listed until 8:30pm. Woman was absolutely appalled when I requested a 5:30 appointment. She sounded like I asked for something that has never been done ever in the world. “I have NEVER had an appointment that late.” Change your listed hours, then. 😭🙄
