We had our Invisible Fence originally installed over 30 years ago when Joe and Yvonne owned Invisible Fence in Bucyrus. A few years ago we contacted the new owners at Invisible Fence in Galion. They never showed for their scheduled appointment and never called to cancel. Now, when we needed to have new underground wire ran, we werre referred by family to contact Stephan Hidden Fencing. Very professional. Good communication. Cleaned up after themselves. Gave us good information for use and training on the system. Happy with the product and service.
The collars keep the dogs in the yard but they are very expensive ($300 plus each), and they break extremely easily. I have 3 dogs and I’ve replaced all 3 collars about once a year for them. The company is also very bad at communicating. You can call, they will never answer. Most times you’ll get a call back in 3-4 weeks or so.
