I LOVE STEPHS CUTE CRITTER CUTS! Steph and Cori are fantastic! Cori is AMAZING with color! She has made my baby a fox and now my rainbow leopard❤️ Fantastic shop where you can tell they really love these pups!

This is a very honest review. The staff was polite but they completely did not do what I asked for and continued to make excuses saying what I asked for was not possible even though I showed them a picture of my dogs previous haircut. They lack accountability and didn’t offer any accommodations. They shaved her down almost bald. I hope they reply with accountability and empathy because this was really disappointing. The first image is what I showed them and the second image is what they did

I highly recommend this grooming business. Stephanie has been there for a long time. She’s taking care of my animals for years and I had a really great experience today with our seven month old puppy. a wonderful young lady named Jesse went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and that gave me such joy in my heart to know I’m bringing him someplace nice that isn’t nervous about . Stephanie always answers the phone and answers any questions everyone is always pleasant 🐶🥰🐶

This place was recommended by 2 customers, and since there experience was good O wanted to try it with my puppy. As soon you entered by the door is such a warm welcome and great staff. They ask if I wanted something special and since I didn't have an idea, they suggest the service at the first visit. At the pick up time my baby was adorable 😍. Thanks for such a great service and also orientation for my pet.
