If there is a way to rate this business with negative "stars" I would do so. They are run by a father/son team that is at best rude and at worse nasty. The customer service lacks both attention to the customer and any degree of service. Simply put the business is centered on a self-serving set of characters that are concerned with how they can seperate the customer from their money as quickly as possible. I was shopping for a stylish and professional pair of glasses. I did my homework and shopped around for the best price. I was pleasantly surprised at the personal service I received by these gentlemen. I bought a pair of Lacoste Glasses which look great and they are no line mutlifocal so my vision is excellent! I highly recomend this father and son team for their professionalism and low pressure sales approach! Great Selection of designer frames!
Great service; great place to do business! Ive been going there for 20 years and dont even bother price-shopping . . . it wouldnt be worth leaving.
My experience with this business was quite painful. I found the older gentleman to be rude and short tempered, while the younger was disrepectful and less than accomindating to my service needs. Upon researching pricing after this experience I found their prices to be overwelmingly high. Overall I would suggest that this business was in need of major overhaul in terms of service and competative pricing. My suggestion: if you can, shop elsewhere.
I have gone here for all of my eye care since i got glasses in the 4th grade and i am now a 30 yr old man that has trusted this father and son business with all of my eye care including glasses and contacts and have been treated with nothing but the upmost respect on every visit. i would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.
I have been going to Stepenskys for glasses for 22 years now. I cant understand some of these other posts on the page. The father son team that works there are professional, caring and make sure to go the extra mile to make the glasses/contacts a fit for your needs. They take extra time with customers so that you are sure you are getting what you want.
