I have been a Stepensky customer for almost thirty years. Every visit is comfortable and friendly. Years ago John Sr always gave me good advice on which glasses to choose and now I also trust John Jrs opinions. I always get many compliments on my glasses and sunglasses. They carry all the most current designer frames and the prices are also better then the larger chain stores. I HIGHLY recommend Stepensky Opticians!
As a state employee in the personnel Dept. I must present a professional yet stylish image. I have been going to Stepenskys for 25 years and whatever I buy is quality and fashionable as well. I highly recommend the personal service. These two men really know their merchandise and will help you to get something that fits the shape of your face!
I have been going to Stepensky Opticians for 50 years. John Sr. and John Jr. have always acted professionally to their customers. Never rude or short tempered as some of these blogs indicate. It seems to me someone is purposefully trying to destroy this business. I assure you this will never happen. Stepenskys great reputation will stand up to any adversity.

I had gone to this business based a referral from a relative. However, my experience was very uncomfortable. When I arrived I felt as if I was not welcomed and possibly putting them out as they discussed several personal matters with what seemed like family and friends. I bought a great pair of Kate Spade frames at Stepenskys. They bring attention to my face and detract from my cankles. The price was much less then anywhere else, the malls or lens crafter! Very satisfied!
Great Service, nothing could come close, far better than any chain such as Lense Crafters, if been to Stepenskys many times for many years, Ive witnessed other patients service and not once have i ever seen lack of service, rudeness or nastiness. I have recently visited Stepensky Opticians for a new pair of sunglasses. I truly enjoy meeting up with the father/son team to take care of my eyecare needs and spend some time talking. This is a fantastic place to come and they are fully trustworthy men.
Not good service, over priced and rude! Their approach to customer service fails with unrepentant regularity.
