I have been going there for years, great service, good prices for excellent products. They treat people with respect and are not pushy about buying anything. Love going here!
I only go here for sunglasses. My whole family goes there and John has known my parents forever. And, although he s only met me a handful of times, always treats me with the same respect and remembers all about my family and I. They will specialty order things for us all the time. Wouldn t think of going anywhere else.
not a business I would recommend, aweful experience
I am a new customer to Stepensky s Opticians and had a great experience purchasing my new glasses. I have a hard time picking frames for myself - the Stepenskys took the time to find frames that fit my face and my style. They presented so many options, and helped me to find one that I love! I was treated with kindness and respect, and had fun picking out my new look. I highly recommend them.
Terrible; would be funny if it wasnt so bad! I will not go back and would highly recommend all others to avoid the same bad experience I had and do the same.

My mother took me to Stepenkys when I was growing up, and I still go now, along with my husband and daughter. The service is wonderful-- so friendly and helpful. They are never pushy and dont try to sell you on unnecessary things. At this family run office, you feel like youre being treated like an old friend. Not only is the service on point but the selection is wonderful-- I am always complimented on my stylish friends. Wonderful experience! John showed me all kinds of frames that worked with my face shape and coloring in all different price ranges. My two little girls were making a mess by trying on glasses like mommy, but he told me to not worry, it was fine. Thanks for making it easy on a mom with two little ones. Appointments when I have to take my children is usually very stressful, but Stepenskys took the stress right out of the experience!
I refuse to go elsewhere despite my having moved several miles away from their location. Friendly, reasonably priced, remarkably accurate and experienced. They also do their best to give lower priced options on glasses and such, without even being asked to do so. I once had to insist that the expensive pair of glasses were the ones I wanted as they wanted to be sure I didnt overspend myself. Wonderful!
