Months ago I hit rough times. I spoke with Hector and he helped me so much. Helped me keep my car. Payments got behind. Life got harder. John stepped in and came to my rescue. He treated me like a person. Caring and understanding that life happens. I was always upfront with them with what was going on and they were upfront with me. I’ve had my car from stephaneks 2 years now. They have never let me down they always works with me no matter what the situation is! I was on maternity leave from work for 3 months and they had my back the whole time!!!! Hector is the best!
Went in with the kids to look for a safe replacement vehicle for the teenager. Find a van I wanted for myself.... Until this condescending man came out full of attititude. Berating and belittling my bonus kid... In front of my other kids.... Not sure who thinks yelling at customers and kids is actually how to sell a car... But it's not.
