Called on Sunday to check in a rental. Still no call no reply. This company is horrible horrible horrible. Applied for a house and took our $40 and never even called us back. Horrible company never do business with them.

My boyfriend and I applied for a property and we were shockingly denied. We have been trying to get a hold of someone for 3 weeks to see why we weren’t approved and to have our applications ran for another property. On the denial letter they even spelled my name wrong and had me down for the wrong address. Not sure why we didn’t qualify for a home when I alone make well over 6x the rent. Just got a call last night, they lost all my money and want 2 years to pay me back. I’m a property owner so this is bull. Business’s like these carry insurance for fraud within. They are like; sorry so can’t pay you: WTF. Something about internal manager manager stole all the monies from all clients. 😡🤬
Unprofessional. Got put on hold twice by a Kayla and hung up on each time after waiting 15 minutes. Also do your research on them. They use their own employees to write reviews. Sad And desperate

Step Up Property Management is unethical and a complete rip-off... unlike the people the try and influence for Yelp reviews...they are only concerned with taking your money... Shannon and Kim are awful!
Constant snooping and trespassing without notice. Caught them on camera the other night snooping around the yard with flashlights! No notice when repair man comes either. Landscapers broke all my nice lights and decor, again showed up with no notice.
The entire step-up team helped me find the right home for me and my sons’. Their positive, friendly attitude along with local knowledge made the entire process painless. If your a renter or home owner I highly recommend the Step-up as your partner.
