I had my first ever foot appointment and I had the pleasure to work with Rachel Kim. The experience was easy going, and welcoming. The appointment itself was very insightful as I wasn’t aware of much going into it. Rachel really brought to light key areas of my feet that would ease my foot pain especially for long walks / hikes. I’ll be going on my first ever hike in May. And Rachel / Step Right are definitely helping me put my best foot forward! Looking forward to our follow up! Thank you so much
Highly recommend Step Right Foot Clinic. Rachel and Kewanna have been amazing — very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I’ve been getting treatment for Achilles tendon and arch pain, and I’ve already seen noticeable improvement. They really make you feel cared for and confident in the treatment process.
I can’t recommend Olivia enough! From the very first appointment, they were an exceptional listener , taking the time to really understand my symptoms, daily habits, and concerns without rushing me. Step Right saved me. I could barely walk when I visited them and was in constant pain. I went to another place for orthotics and they didn’t help a bit. Step Right made new orthotics (the right way) and did shockwave treatments and now I’m back on the treadmill and able to walk without pain. Highly, highly recommend.
Jessamine was incredibly kind and customized my treatment plan to suit my specific needs. I had previously seen another chiropodist who didn’t provide many options or long-term solutions for the issues that had been ongoing for quite some time. So meeting with Jessamine was a refreshing change. I’m looking forward to seeing better results in my foot health.
