I had a sinus infection that needed some quick treatment options and they got me in the same day. The receptionists are great communicators and told me "I shouldn't have to wait for good care." Dr. Larson measured the pressures in my ears which were pretty high. I had a lot of pain in my head and had to call out of work previously. Thankfully, I had my new medicine in hand the same day and my sinus infection was gone in a few days. I've had a wonderful experience with this family practice. the provider takes time to listen, explains things clearly, and truly cares about patients. the staff are friendly and organized, and appointments run smoothly. I appreciate having to practice where my whole family can receive thoughtful, thorough care.
Worst doctors I've ever dealt with. When you really need them they will doubt you, refuse to help you, and then just make things worse for you. They also routinely don't fill prescriptions on time. Won't call patients back. Awful. I won't ever be back.
If I could do 1/2 I would. I have never been treated so horribly in the 15 years I have been seeing Dr Larson. He was amazing, friendly and actually cared about his patients. Recently I had to go in Beckstead my life had been really stressful and I felt like I needed help with the stress but what did I get instead. Rude talk from Jaimie Holmes that put me in a more stressful situation and kept going until I was in tears and so frustrated that a Dr was okay to make my situation worse.
