Really friendly office great employees
I’m super sad to write this post as I’ve been a happy patient here for over 20 years but the time has come for me and my family to make a switch. First off, I want to say Kirt truly is a great doctor and if you could just work with him you’d never have a need to go anywhere else. That said, over the past year or so there have been a few changes to the staff and it’s just not worth it anymore. What an awful experience!! My second terrible experience with JAIME! DONT SEE HER!!! See joylyn, she’s actually competent enough to do her job. I sat and waited for Jaime for over an hour and she still had another patient in front of me that she hadn’t seen yet. Why make appointments when you can’t stick to the time?! Not even relatively close to the appointment time! First time I saw her was for Trezepitide and she ended up giving me a hearing and throat referral instead and also suggested a sleep study.
