I have been to both Kirt and Joylyn and they have both been great and very thorough.
I have Lyme and went to get a nausea medication. Should have been a simple appointment. During the questions, he asked if I was going to make meth with it. I’m not Walter White. I’m a middle age mom with severe nausea. Then when they billed our insurance, it was done incorrectly and that took weeks to get figured out. Save yourself a frustrating experience and go to Granger.
Terrible service! They don’t listen to your needs. They often lie! when you call them out on the lies they continue to gaslight you. I will never go back and I definitely don’t recommend. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to help.
I have been seeing the physicians at Step Mountain for 4 years. I have seen Kurt,. Joylyn and Jamie. All 3 have been top notch for me. Most recently I saw Jamie and she took the time to personally call in my referal and perscriptions while I was there. Kudos to these guys. Wish I could give 6 stars.
