The salon is phenomenal. They took time to listen to exactly what i wanted. Reviewed a photo of the style requested and provided exact results. There was no rushing and they listened. This is difficult to find these days from a salon. I will return and encourage others to do the same. Thank You Rose--i love my new cut
What a disaster. It was obvious from the beginning that the stylist (?) who cut my hair didn't know what she was doing. I gave her a one star because there was nothing lower.
I highly recommend Step Into Style. No fuss, perfect color. My hair cut was ideal, and they didn't take took much off the ends! A healthy trim was just that, a trim! The salon is super clean, every one is super friendly. There is entertainment, alcohol, and a little jewelry boutique to browse while you wait. It's an ideal atmosphere!!
The girl who cut my hair really did a lousy job. The only job this girl should be doing in a beauty shop is answering the phone and sweeping the floor.
LOVE the salon!!!! The atmosphere is warm and artful. The staff is professional while being fun. You'll leave the salon feeling great and looking fabulous!!!!
Step Into Style Hair Salon is gorgeous! Cheryl did wonderful job renovating and really gave it her personal touch. I've been a client of Cheryl's for years and would follow her anywhere. She and her staff are a great group and I know I will always get excellent service as well as have a good time everytime I go to the salon. If your in the Greentree area and are in need of cut/color you should definitely check out Step Into Style........you won't be disappointed!!!
Out with the old and in with the new, Step into Style is under new ownership and better than ever. I have been a client of the new owner, Cheryl, for almost ten years and she is absolutely fantastic. Terrible Attitude and Poor Customer Service – I guess the haircut I got was ok but the attitude from the women working there was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this salon to Anyone!
The Girls in this salon are very professional and friendly – I recommend this salon to anyone who needs a haircut or style...
