My son went to a few IOP's they all promised me the lines of communication would be open only to bill insurance ridiculous amounts of money and not keep me in the loop. My son ended up at Step house they have communicated the entire time the owner George has came to the rescue on weekends when issues have came up. As a parent who has seen several treatment centers I highly suggest Step House they actually are not just about collecting money they care about the addict and family.
The people are nice here. they will take care of you. I am doing the 30 day outpatient because I was not in depth hole in drug yet. My family found out me having trouble with my life because of alcohol. I love my family. I was really determined to be better. They told my family to get rid of all alcohol in the house, tell me to stay in Stephouse recovery home for couple months to get back to normal life. Overall they was helpful to me.
I joined StepHouse Recovery because I addicted to Meth. I had a tour of the house, and I decided to sign up for the outpatient of StepHouse Recovery. My family encouraged me to stay there. The house is very nice and house manager is friendly and nice to assist me. I missed a lot of things in my life and I wanted to get things in order again for my family and for myself. I wanted to be a good father again. Stephouse helps me get through. Housemates are encouraging each other and support each other. It is a good environment.
Upon arrival to StepHouse Recovery, my anxiety was severe with rumination and lack of sleep. Almost constant grief overcame me and my troubled thoughts were keeping me in a depressed mood. After behavioral therapy and counseling, results were immediate and the rumination was stopped cold. I began restful sleep and of course, my mood lifted to levels of the past I’d not known in years. My life was a mess before I came to the Stephouse Recovery Center. My experience was wonderful and the therapist helped me recovered from drug addictions. The staff was helpful because I joined the outpatient program. I was able to stay away from the environment that was comfortable to me to get addicted again. After I completed the program, I was able to join the normal life again and Stephouse continued to check up on my process of getting normal life again. Stephouse Recovery is good place to get healthy again.
The assignments have been of great help to me. Staff members at StepHouse Recovery Addiction Healing Center were accessible to me at all times and listened with care and concern. I really appreciated the different styles of the therapists because they offered me different points of view. I discovered that I am a good and loveable person. Stephouse Recovery is a wonderful tranisitional sober living facility. I personally gained many solutions on rebuilding my life while living here. Stephouse helped me maintain the responsibilities of up keep around the house, including chores, cleaning up after myself and handling my day to day life.
