Good work and my house looks nice now.
Vlad is professional in every aspect of the process , from the prompt reply for estimate, setting up time line, maintaining communication, recommending suppliers, to the beautiful finished project. He replaced wall to wall on stairs with hard wood and the lower level of or Old Town house with porcelin tile. He and his worker finished on time and on budget. I am so very pleased with the finished work. I would hire him again and reccommend STEP BY STEP without resevation.
We hired Step by Step to install tile in our kitchen and bath. The work involved removing the old floors, bath vanity and toilet and installing new porcelain tile. Vlad and his team did an excellent job - they worked efficiently, but more important they were very thorough and willing to spend extra time to do the job right. They were also very clean and the tile was laid precisely. The customer service was great as well, as Vlad was willing to answer the numerous questions my husband and I had prior to the start of the job.
I?ve worked with a lot of contractors during the construction of multiple homes over the past 20 years and I must say that Vlad?s customer service ranks among the very best; he is knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. He performed a thorough assessment of my kitchen floor prior to beginning work and he kept me abreast of any potential risk.
