RecommendedMy feet are a mess - and Dr. Barnes always has time for me and helps solve the problems when they occur. Also, all the folks there are helpful and pleasant. My foot/shoe situation is much better now than in the recent past.
Really liked that Dr. Barnes tries to avoid surgery if at all possible. Great Dr. and knows her stuff.
Very friendly staff. They fitted me with orthotics and my foot pain was gone! I wish I had gone sooner, I have been suffering for a very long time. They were great and took care of me in a timely manner! I highly recommend them!

Not impressed at all. Dr. Barnes spent a total of about 10 minutes examining my feet ( my first visit) and had her assistant do most of the work and charged way too much. Not going back!!
I wouldn’t be able to walk if it wasn’t for Dr. Barnes. She is an amazing doctor and as kind and caring as they come!
Dr Barnes is truly the best doctor. She and her staff care so much for their clients. She really went out of her way to help my husband with his foot and the VA paperwork hassle.
Was referred by KRMC Emergency Room when admitted to hospital with severe surgical problem with heel to Dr. Barnes. She performed surgerys and provided extensive follow up care and related services, and orthopedic shoes, Dr. Barnes is a delight to work with, and the entire staff reflects that service ethic and meet the highest level of competence and congeniality in all aspects of care and treatment. Could not recommend more highly
I just want to say that Step Ahead Foot and Ankle Clinic is great! Dr Barnes is very personable and cares about you as an individual. I would highly recommend her. She has treated my sons foot and ankle problems for years.
