This “business owner” does NOT return calls , does NOT send correspondence regarding business matters and matters of tenants , NO communication at all. As of late business has moved , NO tax records, NO idea what is happening with the property/tenants . You're welcome , I wish someone had saved me the time , & money. Now its my lawyers issue
Steve is a scammer that took my money I filled out a application and he never called texted or emailed me back he is the definition of a slum lord and is a horrible person PLEASE BEWARE Steve is bad business and will take your money and leave you high and dry
Steve has done great with fixing problems in the house, much better then previous landlords I've delt with.
Process started out a little rocky with minimum conversation. Went to view the property . Filled out the application and never heard back after that. Steve stopped communicating. I would say communication could be a lot better.
I work on behalf of a property holding company , and it has been like pulling mature teeth asking Steve for some type of general response and communication …sad , they bought more properties and didn’t utilize him
