Had a very unpleasant experience. Tried to purchase the luminex for my daughter who is a minor and in CR school with their special financing and ran into some issues. Tried to resolve them and was blown off by Jeanette Horn and First Lease. Neither one of them responded to emails or tried to work with me. Stenograph customer service is non-existent.
