We rolled up to Stenger's after our car had sat two days in an assigned parking space in a timeshare parking lot. Sap and pollen had run all over our car and we couldn't get it off. Charlene guided us in by phone, since we're not from the area and were lost. She had one of the gentlemen washers come around and diagnose the problem and the cure. I work for WVU. One of our vans was used to haul hay bails this week and that obviously left a big mess. I pulled up to the car wash and asked one of the young men if they thought they could clean it. They both immediately and without hesitation said no problem, pull around. They both immediately went to work cleaning, after maybe 6 or 8 minutes it was heading through the wash. They did an amazing job, worked their butts off and were extremely friendly. They did a fantastic job on my Honda, it was awful and the smell of smoke lingered no matter what I did. It now it is great looks like a new car,so worth it and I would recommend them to anyone !
