Very friendly service until something goes wrong. It has been well over a year since we had 2 Haier Heat pumps/air conditioners installed in our rental property and we had nothing but problems from the start. They managed to get the lower unit working properly, thank goodness, but the upper apt still has nothing but problems. Initially installed in March or 2024, we had no heat, finally got heat after we didn't need anymore and now the air has not been working. Stemerdink installed our gas pool heater a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. This morning, we when we tried to turn the heater on, it kept shutting off immediately. We’re having a pool party tomorrow, and the pool’s sooooo cold!! Called Stemerdink, told them it was a bit of a pool party emergency 😂 and they had someone here in less than two hours. Fixed the problem right away. Thank you Stemerdink! Excellent customer service!!
