Very friendly service until something goes wrong. It has been well over a year since we had 2 Haier Heat pumps/air conditioners installed in our rental property and we had nothing but problems from the start. They managed to get the lower unit working properly, thank goodness, but the upper apt still has nothing but problems. Initially installed in March or 2024, we had no heat, finally got heat after we didn't need anymore and now the air has not been working.
