Stemerdink installed our gas pool heater a couple of years ago and they did an excellent job. This morning, we when we tried to turn the heater on, it kept shutting off immediately. We’re having a pool party tomorrow, and the pool’s sooooo cold!! Called Stemerdink, told them it was a bit of a pool party emergency 😂 and they had someone here in less than two hours. Fixed the problem right away. Thank you Stemerdink! Excellent customer service!!
We were referred to Stemerdink by our pool company for service. Could not be more satisfied! Highly Recommend!. From the first contact with Scott to be provided with advice and then a quote for a replacement pool heater, he quickly scheduled us in; the team that came to do the work (apologies for not getting their names) were awesome.
