Jordan is a very delightful Lady. I had a red bump on my leg & tried to get in other doctors but the wait was several months! As I was nervous my PCP advised me to call Jordan’s office. Got in right away. She removed the bump & is sending for a biopsy. Her Bed Side Manor is wonderful & she makes you feel calm about your issue. I would recommend her & will be going to her for all my dermatology needs in the future.
The wait once you’re there is always long, but Jordan’s always worth it. She’s very knowledgeable and always listens to your questions and concerns. I appreciate her sense of humor and personality as well. She’s a breath of fresh air.
The only dermatologist I will go too. I take all my kids in to her as well. My special needs son has tons of warts which she has been treating and she is very good with him and understanding.
She needs to go back to school and learn what a basal cell carcinoma is Last time I saw her she did a”full body scan “ and missed one a real dermatologist got right away. Her beauty is no substitute for not knowing her job
I was referred to her for a biopsy on a facial sore that wouldn't heal. It turned out to be cancer and she referred me to a great surgeon who did an excellent job of removing it. 6 months later I had another facial sore that was cause for concern. She performed a biopsy on that one which was not cancer. She removed it in her office and it healed nicely. She seemed very concerned without causing alarm. She answered my questions to my satisfaction. I was very happy with her treatment and demeanor
Waited almost an hr to see her. She was in and out of the room in 10 minutes. I had a small (pin point size) raised white dot that annoyed me on my leg. While it wasn't cancerous, she said she could easily remove it. She acted as if it was no big deal at all. Two weeks later I have a scab the size of a dime and redness around it the size of a quarter. I called her office explaining that I thought it could be infected, no call back. Sent her an email 3 days later, still no reply!
She doesn't spend time listening to your issues or what works for you. I've never had such a difficult time getting the care I need, and I've had dermatology issues since I was a child. I know what works and what doesn't for me. Then she kept referring me to other drs whom she was friends with so that she did t have to address the issue. I wish I could put 0 stars. Absolutely worthless!
