I am pretty bummed, actually extremely bummed. We stopped in on Sunday because the reviews were amazing, but we had the opposite experience. The staff was friendly, but my son got completely dismissed. We went in because I had a feeling he had RSV. They didn’t even test him, all they did was look in his ears, listen to his lungs and tell me a cough would be expected because he recently had an ear infection and sent us on our way. I am always impressed during my visits to Stellis, kind, patient, and very caring staff!
I have never had a regular sit down visit.. I finally did and I felt like my needs were met. This is a great place for care
I saw Dr. Megan Otis at the Albertville Clinic. She was attentive, she took her time, and she made me feel very comfortable. The support staff was very professional and friendly and my appointment started right on time. I absolutely recommend Stellis in Albertville as well as Dr. Otis.
