above and beyond I just can't say enough about the treatment and service that I received at Stella's. Ms. Chris helped me find the perfect dress and it was a lot less than what I saw it for in other shops. I got my custom made veil for FREE. They had two different headpieces that I really loved. Ms. Chris made one for me that combined the best parts of the two. She really wanted to make me happy. She also made me feel comfortable. She wasn't pretentious or put on airs. Nasty lady behind the desk When my daughter went here to get her wedding dress they promise you everything if you order from them and they do not deliver. they order all of the bridesmaids dresses 4 sizes to big and then the nasty lady behind the desk had the nerve to say "How Do You Think We Make Our Money" (Alterations) this will cost each person well over $150 plus the cost of the dress and the flower girls dresses were also too big, so this lady is nothing more than a liar and a cheat. she is also the most rude woman not... read more
LOVE IT!!! Let me say that before I went to Stella's I read some of the reviews and majority of the reviews were at least 1 to 3 stars. I am giving Stella's a whopping 5 Stars. I was completely blown away by the service that I received. My Bridal Gown Consultant Sharon was absolutley amazing. She offered some wonderful feedback on what style would work for me. mother of the bride My daughter had found her dress in a magazine and had called this bridal shop for an appointment to try it on. It was the dress she wanted but she felt cheated of that specialness of trying on your wedding dress. The staff was disorganized, the main person in charge was pushy (tried to sell unlimited number of accessories) and was generally unfriendly to customers and to her staff. Great Finds I recently went to Stella's in search of a dress for my senior prom and found the most gorgeous dress i have ever seen. It is unlike any other dress i have ever seen and it fits me perfectly. Not only is the dress great but the assistant i had was incredibly helpful and sweet. As if this weren't enough i got the dress originally priced at $300 for %50 off plus an extra 10% off of that. I am so glad i went there. you wont regret it!
Worth a try I went to Stellas on Columbus Day to look for a gown after not finding anything I liked at David's Bridal. While the selection of gowns in the store is limited, I did find one I loved, priced reasonably at $650 however, they would not permit my best friend to take a picture of me in the gown which I found strange. All the gowns I tried on seemed reasonably priced and they had several racks of gowns which are greaty discounted. Its definitley worth a visit.
Service with a smile and more to offer Stella's was wonderful. As being a new bride, it hard for me to choose a dress but overall the service was really nice. I tried on serval dresses and each time my helper took her time to provide me with all the information needed. Even if I don't get my dress from their I will recommend this shop to anyone in need.
not high class but for their prices, what do you expect So I did not get my gown here- Its very difficult to get an idea of what they have- you really have to sift through everything! BUT, I did find all my accessories here. I went to Juliets in Towson looking for a veil and they wanted 350$ for a cathedral length- here it was about 100. I bought a comb here- also great buy, and a slip for under my dress. My advice, go somewhere alittle classier for the dress, but once thats done, come down here for the accessories. I Love This Store! I went there looking for a homecoming dress. I was helped right away! They sized me and I told them what kind of dress I was looking for, and they found the perfect one! I told them that I was afraid of having the same dress as someone else at the dance, so they made changes to it for FREE! Also while I was there, I noticed that every customer that walked in, walked out satisfied and pleased with the prices and service. Come to Stella's Gifts & Bridals! You won't be disappointed!!
