convenient access to bridal accessories this store offers a wide variety of bridesmaids dresses, prom dresses, and wedding gowns as well as many accessories. I definately do not recommend going for wedding help during prom season. it is just too crowded, however, the store is much larger than it appears from the street. street parking usually available.
"you'll bust the zipper" I went to Stella's Bridal on Monday, February 27th. When my mom and I walked in we walked passed two employees who did not say anything to us or to acknowledge our presence. When my mother and I started to touch and look through the gowns, a lady came over to us dressed in jeans, sneakers, and a white shirt with a stain on it. The BEST place EVER! Everybody was so helpful. Ms. Stella and her staff treated me and my bridal party like family. We got what we were promised PLUS MUCH MUCH MORE! Brides to be...It is the best place ever! I can't wait to send them pictures of my wedding day!
above and beyond I just can't say enough about the treatment and service that I received at Stella's. Ms. Chris helped me find the perfect dress and it was a lot less than what I saw it for in other shops. I got my custom made veil for FREE. They had two different headpieces that I really loved. Ms. Chris made one for me that combined the best parts of the two. She really wanted to make me happy. She also made me feel comfortable. She wasn't pretentious or put on airs. Nasty lady behind the desk When my daughter went here to get her wedding dress they promise you everything if you order from them and they do not deliver. they order all of the bridesmaids dresses 4 sizes to big and then the nasty lady behind the desk had the nerve to say "How Do You Think We Make Our Money" (Alterations) this will cost each person well over $150 plus the cost of the dress and the flower girls dresses were also too big, so this lady is nothing more than a liar and a cheat. she is also the most rude woman not... read more
If you don't like Stella's it says something about YOU and not them!!!! I got my wedding dress from Stellas this summer.. It was BEAUTIFUL!!!! Originally $13,000 and I bought it for $99. The alerations were done beautifully and I got more compliments than you would believe.. It was unique and one of a kind. I wish I could attach a picture here!!! Worth a try I went to Stellas on Columbus Day to look for a gown after not finding anything I liked at David's Bridal. While the selection of gowns in the store is limited, I did find one I loved, priced reasonably at $650 however, they would not permit my best friend to take a picture of me in the gown which I found strange. All the gowns I tried on seemed reasonably priced and they had several racks of gowns which are greaty discounted. Its definitley worth a visit.
terrible I'm glad there is this post. It's been a few years since I've been there but I unfortunately had to buy my prom dress here. The gowns in the store are all "grandmaish"-sequency and old. So I picked a dress out of the magazine. I asked questions about it to make sure it didn't have sequence, and they told me no, but sure enough when it finally came in it did-it looked just like one of the hideous dresses in their store. So far, so good. I went to Stella's because they were one of the closest stores that sells dresses by a designer I liked. Unlike some of these other customers, I knew exactly what dress I wanted--it's a less formal wedding dress for a second wedding. The dress was $50 less than I could have gotten it online. I'm glad they sized me--I would have ordered the wrong size. Ms. Helen has been helping me and she reminds me of some of the "aunties" in my family. I like Stella's.
