This place is Very Unfair about 2 Weeks ago i purchased a KTI Dump Trailer remote and it didn’t work i went to Dump my Trash & Both buttons would just lift the trailer it wouldn’t go back down! When i called them to tell them they said No Returns! Finally came to an agreement but after paying $300!!! They still charged me 20% re-stocking Fee, I don’t think thats very fair at all especially because they sold me something that Didn’t work!! Very nice, great deal and amazing quality. Very easy process, and fast. I’m very impressed and will recommend this place to everyone.
A little bit ago I purchased a secondhand 2021 stellar dump trailer. I do junk removal full-time, and use this trailer every day. To say the least, I have not been the easiest on this trailer at all. While there have been some weak points that have been easy fixes (latches to hold the doors open, electrical, etc), the important components are strong as can be.
