Beautiful smile due to Stellar Smiles. Dr. C. Jones created an atmosphere in office that is inviting, relaxing and has the family quality you seek when searching for a dentist. I've had extensive dental work done (implants, cleaning, crowns, etc) by Dr. Jones and CAN NOT see my self going anywhere else. A++ .
So, I went to the dental office for the first time. I have been having some issues with my back teeth. The upper and lower side. The dental assistant performed a X-ray and I waited for the dentist to come in. Once he came in there was no introduction seeming that I was a new patient I would have thought he would had greeted me with his name but NOPE. Then he ask me what is going on. Horrible!!!!
MAY 2024 I had a problem tooth that cracked. I was given a so called emergency appt for a week later. At my apps I got a cleaning BUT WAS ASKED TO COME BACK for filling cause He was behind scheduling Not my fault. I had waited 35 min for My Appt. I asked why would their matter be more urgent than mine. I'm in the chair!!! I always have a problem with their customer service and attitudes. Unfortunately this was my 2nd bad experience with this dentist. He does pretty good work buti always leave upset
I had a horrible and ridiculous experience because the stellar smiles dental care had a lack of communication, we're unprofessional, lazy , apathetic etc.
