I interacted with Scott Besaw, the prinipal broker of Stellar Realty NW, when one of the realtors under his supervision who was my seller realtor participated in two breaches of contract during the sale of my house. My house sold to another realtor and her husband. The first breach was proof of funds. My seller realtor expected me to accept a screenshot with no name on it and showing some account with $432K in it as proof of funds for a $775K cash sale.
