"Stellar" Realty? Not so much. This is a rough time to be in the real estate business, and definitely not the time to be antagonizing prospective clients. Efficient folks I was helping a friend house hunt and we were able to get a new place negotiated and my friend moved in very quickly with Stellar Realty. They did their homework, but didn't create unnecessary delays like some property management companies do. My friend remains there today and is thrilled with the ongoing management.
