HORRIBLE. I have been trying to reach ANYONE at Stellar about getting a copy of my surgical notes that I NEED for insurance. I believe (so they say), that my doctors office has been doing this same. ZERO response back - nobody cares. This is AWFUL. I love my doctor but this place is the worst. It is terrible that I have to do this to get someone to call me back.
