I ordered speakers through the Stellar Amazon storefront. The given delivery window was 5-7 days. They never shipped. Amazon could not get ahold of them. 6 days after I ordered I got ahold of them to tell them that they should not ship the order, and that if they did the speakers would be returned at their expense, because I found another set from a different seller. Poor communication
Just had a significant media room install, and the team of Matt Kinser and Harold "Moose" did a wonderful job. Showed up on time and did the whole job in one (long) day - ahead of schedule. Chris Hardin coordinated the whole effort and was also great to work with. Recommend them.
We are very pleased with our home theater control4 system . Stellar did a phenomenal job with the installment. We were having some issues with our system, to no fault of ours nor theirs. Darrel, Matt and Moose came out promptly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. They were all very professional and I could not be happier with the results! My overall experience is a 10 out of 10 , I would definitely recommend Stellar Home Theater!
The electricity went out in our home in the evening. After the electricity came back-up I could not get my TV's to work. I called the after-hours service at Stellar, this was around 8:00 pm and Darrel the Manager reached out to me within 10 minutes to help me fix the problem. It was actually the power for our Control 4 System that they installed. Great customer service!
