Always very nice and great customer service.
All 3 of my kids were very happy with Dr. Darnell and his staff! We are new to TX and my kids loved their dentist in PA. Yet, right from the warm hello that each of them received when walking into the office to having their teeth cleaned, the anxiety of going to a new dentist was quickly forgotten. Even with our first visit being during covid, we all felt safe and appreciated the extra mesures the office has taken during this time.
We just moved here, and the consensus of the neighborhood is that Dr. Darnell is the best place to go. It was a great experience - they cleaned both my teeth & my son’s simultaneously. Dr. Darnell was awesome with my 10yo - patient, funny & encouraging. And he visited with me at length about my son’s future orthodontic needs and about my dental needs, providing clear answers to my every question.
Its always special to find a doctor you can trust and believe in. This is the place you know that your health and well-being is the top priority. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff, overall a place that is a pleasure to visit. Thank you Doctor Darnell!
Everyone is so welcoming and you really feel more than just a patient but more as family.
Dr Darnell is excellent. Staff is very good and all are very friendly. I honestly don't mind going to the dentist. My crown was made in his office so no temporary crown was needed. That's also a huge plus.
Quite simply the BEST dentist and office with whom I or my family have ever had the pleasure of working. Honest and not looking to do unnecessary procedures. Also, his hygienists are all top notch. They make you relaxed, comfortable, and are not heavy handed or rough. They do terrific work. We've had cleanings as well as procedures here.

Professional and friendly. This was my first visit and was immediately put at ease. The receptionist, the nurse and the Doctor made me feel that I was in good hands. Very kind and patient staff. Thank you.
