Its given that I am terrified of the dentist. Not this one! Dr. Vlad was awesome! The staff is so friendly and caring, very welcoming! They end your visit with "Have a Stellar Day!" I went to an implant specialist after having one fail previously with another dentist. I was referred to by a dentist within the Stellar practice to see this specialist even though I didn't think I wanted an implant. I had to call twice to make an appointment with the specialist as the lady I tried to make the appointment with refused to give me an appointment and told me to go back to my other dentist who did the previous implant. Absolute WORST experience ever! The staff is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent people I have ever come across in what is supposed to be a professional environment. I am 7 months pregnant and went to them with an already stressful situation. It is all about money with them.
