I have had the pleasure to be engaged with Stellar Community Management at many levels including a community member, the HOA treasurer and HOA President. They are unresponsive, and NEVER deal with issues. Always have some excuse why something isn’t working and never fix the issues. Drain us of our money and we never see the benefits of how much we pay. I have lived here for over two years and things that were promised before move in are still not done. And we pay to maintain areas we are not allowed to enjoy.
We needed to get approval from the review board ASAP for a new patio install; Ashley took great care of us and assured us that this would get expedited. My wife was at ease knowing that we were in good hands with both Angie Young and Ashley Benton working our case. Less than a week later we got our Approval Letters for our fence and patio. Thank you so much!
It is impossible to talk to someone by phone. They will only respond to emails, but the response isn’t always prompt.
