One of the finest independently owned coffee shops that I have ever been in. Had the Kona Mocha and have been thinking about it ever since. Great staff. A must on any pass through Roswell, NM.
Stellar Coffee is a perfect spot in the middle of the HUSTLE AND BUSTLE of downtown...to stop...grab a coffee...and enjoy an awesome atmosphere...Stellar also isn't afraid to take risks...such as playing host to the recent Hip Hop Takeover featuring E-Dub and Pikasso The Kid...it was a risky endeavor but Stellar welcomed us in! cannot say enough good things about Stellar!
Try the Casa Salad- mixed greens, roasted red peppers, pecans, and pesto dressing! Super flavor combo!
Went to live music at Stellar. Great coffee, the staff are the BEST, and the music wonderful. Glad to see live music supported in Roswell.
