My partner and I pay a little over $1500 for a 1 bedroom apartment(Update: Due to a new credit/debit card fee we pay $1530). This is a new occurrence, so im sure its just another way they have come up with to charge more. This place truly tries to shake your pockets any way they can. Do not move to this apartment !!!!! My fiancé’s AC been broken for months ! They will do a little fix and it’ll be broke again . They really truly fix anything and you have to beg them to fix something . He’s always putting in an order and they will take a long time to respond . They barely pick up the phone .
