Finding someone who can give you a great haircut, consistently, year after year is rare. That’s what I found in Debra at Stella and Tutu Hair Studio. She has amazing skills and product knowledge, advises what is best for my hair and gives me options. Her salon is bright and cheerful and her personality creates a friendly atmosphere. I am always happy when I leave — FIVE STARS from me!!
Debbie has been doing my hair for 30+years. She is so good that I have followed her when she changed shops. Debbie is an excellent colorist. If I am not sure what I want she has always recommended the best color and hairstyle for me. She has a beautiful studio and any product you might need. I highly recommend Debbie.
