This is by far the best salon I’ve been to. When I checked in with the front desk associates, I was immediately asked if I wanted a drink or snack. I hadn’t had breakfast or lunch so I happily said yes. I browsed the cute accessories and made small talk with the front desk associates. They’re so friendly and seemed to genuinely love their jobs! This review is not for the stylist, she was great and very nice. This review is for the front desk and people who answer the phone. I have never been treated as disrespectfully at a salon as this place. Not only were they rude, but incredibly condescending and almost a bullying attitude. I gave them another chance after my first encounter with them at my appointment. I was new to this salon and all are different with their scheduling.
